These terms apply when a school, or anyone signing in on its behalf, uses the School360 website and platform provided by School360. By setting up a school or using School360 you agree to them.
1. Your school's account and trial
- A new school may start with a free trial. No payment is needed for the trial.
- Before the trial ends we'll tell you the price of your package. If you don't continue, the portal becomes read-only and your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it or continue later.
2. Accounts and your team
- The person who sets up the school is its owner and is responsible for who they invite, the roles they give, and which parents get accounts.
- Keep sign-in details private, and tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
3. Your data
- Data your school adds to School360 belongs to the school. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for having the right to use your students', families' and staff's information, including under Pakistani law.
- When our support team helps you, they may sign in to your portal as one of your users, only for that purpose; every such visit is recorded.
4. Fair use
- Don't use School360 for anything unlawful, to send spam, to break into other accounts, or to overload or copy the platform.
- We may suspend a school's account that puts the service, children or others at risk, and we'll tell you why.
5. Payments
- Packages are billed monthly or yearly in Pakistani rupees, plus applicable taxes, as shown on your invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other methods we offer.
- If an invoice isn't paid on time, the portal may become read-only until it is. Fees already paid aren't refunded for part of a billing period unless the law requires it.
6. Availability and changes
- We work to keep School360 available and secure, but there may be maintenance or interruptions. We'll announce planned maintenance in advance where we can, avoiding school hours.
- We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what your package includes, we'll tell you first.
7. Liability
- School360 is a tool to help run your school; decisions about students, fees, results and pick-ups remain the school's.
- School360 is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending and governing law
- You can close your school's account at any time. We may end these terms with notice if they're seriously breached.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
