Every letter with its reference number

Write letters and certificates from your own templates, and each one gets a reference number in your own series, like DS/CRT/2026/0002. Letters move from draft to issued, sent, delivered and acknowledged, so you always know where they stand.

Incoming and outgoing correspondence on record

Log letters that arrive at the school and pass them to the right person, and keep a register of everything sent out. Nothing waits on a desk unnoticed: items needing action show on the overview.

Reminders before papers expire

Keep the school's registrations, fire safety certificates and other important papers in the document library, and School360 reminds you before they expire. Documents can be written in English or Urdu, right to left.

Connected to students and staff

Character, bonafide and leaving certificates use your student records, and experience letters use staff records, so names, classes and dates are filled in for you. Each letter is filed with its reference number, ready to find again when a parent or an inspector asks.
