Online admissions that land straight in your office
Parents can send an admission enquiry from your school website. It arrives in Students › Admissions with their details filled in, ready for your office to call back, invite for an interview or admit. When a student is admitted, they appear on the class register, their fee plan and the timetable without being typed again.
Families, siblings and the B-Form, done the Pakistani way
Brothers and sisters are kept together as one family. Enter a parent's CNIC or phone number and School360 links the new child to the family already on file, so sibling discounts on fees apply themselves. Search any student by name, admission number, B-Form or a parent's phone.
Promotions, ID cards and certificates in a few clicks
At the end of the session, promote a whole class to the next one in one step and issue leaving certificates for students who move on. Print ID cards for a whole class or just the new admissions, and certificates from your own templates. Bringing records from another system? Import students with their families from Excel or CSV; every row is checked before anything is saved.
