Communication

Parent portal and communication for schools

Parents, connected to the school. Parent accounts come straight from your family records, so every parent is ready for the parents app. They will see only their own children.

Parent accounts from your family records

Because every family is already in School360, parent accounts are made from the records you have. The Guardian Portal shows how many families are covered, who is ready to invite and who has signed in.

Parents will see only their own children

What parents can see is the same for every family and fixed by School360: their own children's profile and class, attendance, homework and class diary, results and report cards, fee vouchers and receipts, the school calendar and notices. Never another family's records.

The parents app is on its way

The parents app is coming soon. Invite parents now so their accounts are ready, and they'll be able to sign in as soon as it launches.

Families stay in step with the school

Because the family record links brothers and sisters, one parent account covers all their children at your school. Phone numbers and emails come from your family records, so there's nothing to collect again, and the Guardian Portal shows which families are covered so your office can follow up the rest.
