Gate & Pick-up
QR school pick-up and gate management
Every child goes home with the right person. Register every van driver, rickshaw driver and relative who collects a child, and print their QR cards. At home time the guard checks each one on a phone before a child leaves. Every hand-over is logged.

Register everyone who collects a child
Add each van driver, rickshaw driver and relative who picks children up, with their photo, CNIC and vehicle plate, and link them to the children they may take. Collectors are registered by the school, so only people you have checked can collect a child.
QR pick-up cards that can't be misused
Print a QR card for each collector. Reprinting a card retires the old one, and a card reported lost stops working at once.
The check at the gate, on the guard's phone
At home time the guard scans the card's QR code, types the card number, or searches by name, plate or child. School360 shows who the collector is and which children they may take, and every hand-over is logged with the time and the staff member. Refusals are logged too.
Made for home time at Pakistani schools
Most children leave by van, rickshaw or with a relative, not on foot. Gate & Pick-up turns that rush into a quick check: the guard sees the collector's photo and the children they may take, hands them over, and the office can see every pick-up for the day.
